Thrive Caregivers Institute uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries, review training applications and discuss caregiver requests. Forms ask for contact details and information relevant to your request. Training applications also ask for identity and education documents.
How submissions are delivered
Form submissions and application attachments are sent to the institute by email through Resend. The website hosting service processes the upload while sending it. The website does not provide public download links to your documents. Email copies are held in the institute’s mailbox and by its email service providers.
Information about someone else
Only provide another person’s information where you have authority to do so. For caregiver enquiries, describe the help you need without including medical records or unnecessary sensitive details. The team can discuss further information with you directly.
Website storage and external services
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies in this release. Hosting logs may contain technical request information. Short-lived abuse-prevention records are used to limit repeated form submissions. Images served by external providers cause your browser to contact those providers.
Questions and requests
Contact info@inheritanceacademy.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of information you have submitted. Include enough information for the institute to identify your request, without sending additional identity documents unless requested.
