Our vision is to become a leading caregiver training academy in South Africa — empowering individuals with professional care skills while improving community healthcare services. We connect our graduates with families, hospices, NGOs, old age homes, and healthcare organisations who need trusted, trained caregivers.

QCTO sets the national standard for trades and occupational qualifications. ThriveCaregiver Institute is actively progressing its accreditation pathway with QCTO to ensure our programmes align with nationally recognised standards.
HWSETA Accreditation Pathway
Health & Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority
HWSETA supports skills development across the health and welfare sector. Our accreditation pathway with HWSETA is in progress — a step that will open access to sector-funded bursaries for our learners.
First Aid Body Partnership
Registered First Aid & Basic Life Support Bodies
We are establishing partnerships with registered first aid bodies to provide our learners with recognised first aid and basic life support certification as part of their training.

Renny brings a wealth of expertise in training facilitation and dementia care. As Head of Training, she leads all course delivery and ensures every student graduates with the practical knowledge and compassionate approach needed for professional caregiving.

Tiisetso manages our growing network of employer partners across South Africa — connecting our graduates with families, hospices, NGOs, old age homes, and healthcare organisations who need trusted, trained caregivers.
Tshidi Molefe
Curriculum Director
Tshidi leads occupational skills development and oversees training standards and accreditation processes. She ensures our programmes meet the highest quality benchmarks and reflect the real demands of home-based and community care in South Africa.
